Virtual nutrition care for women

Gut health nutrition

Digestive symptoms deserve more than a longer avoidance list.

Gut health care begins with your symptoms, food patterns, medical history, medications, stress, and daily routines. Functional testing may support the process when the results are likely to change the strategy.

Get Started

A structured assessment

Start with the clinical picture

The goal is not to chase every possible imbalance. It is to identify the most relevant patterns and build a practical, evidence informed plan.

Symptoms and patterns

Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, discomfort, food reactions, and changes in bowel habits.

Food and nutrient adequacy

Fiber variety, protein, hydration, meal timing, food tolerance, and risks created by unnecessary restriction.

Health history

Medications, diagnoses, surgeries, stress, sleep, hormonal changes, and other factors that may influence digestion.

Available laboratory data

Existing results are reviewed in context. Additional standard labs may be suggested for discussion with your healthcare provider.

Functional testing

GI MAP or micronutrient testing may be considered when clinically appropriate. Testing is not automatically required.

Implementation

Recommendations are introduced in a sequence that is realistic, measurable, and responsive to your progress.

Good testing answers a question

The test is not the treatment.

Results are useful only when they are interpreted alongside your history and translated into a thoughtful care plan. Functional testing, when indicated, is integrated into the Signature Metabolic Nutrition Program.
