Rese Carter, MS, CNS®, LDN holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health. She is board certified as a Certified Nutrition Specialist and is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. Her professional health and wellness work began in 2011, and she has practiced as a licensed nutrition professional since 2019.
Today, Rese works directly with women who are ready to move beyond scattered advice, feel heard, and understand what their bodies actually need.
