In pursuit of this mission, Nalan earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Over the years, she has gained extensive expertise, becoming a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
