Rese received her Master of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health, from the number one Integrative Health University in the United States, Maryland University of Integrative Health. Rese is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS®), Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach and is a proud ambassador of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Rese is trained in over 100 dietary theories, chronic diseases, pathophysiology (the root of diseases), medical nutrition therapy, use of herbs, and medical-grade supplements. Rese believes in personalized eating plans, supported by integrative practices.
Rese specializes in female hormone health. She also frequently works with clients with lifestyle dis-Eases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, obesity, sleep disorder, anxiety, and digestive issues.
In her spare time, Rese enjoys cycling, hiking, yoga, volunteering, and creating recipes (@coachrese, @realvibrantfoods) to see some of her delicious recipes.

Dana is a native of Western Pennsylvania and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA. Dana's health and wellness epiphany began when her daughter was diagnosed with Celiac's disease. Like any other concerned parent, she set out to learn all she could to support her daughter.

Dannielle has been a life long resident of Connecticut. Her interest in nutrition began during her undergraduate studies but moved to the forefront of her personal life when her daughter was diagnosed with asthma at age 4 and her own autoimmune diagnosis.

Dannielle received her Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Dannielle is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®). Opus23 Practitioner and a State Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
Dannielle’s approach in practice is one of simplicity and balance. She believes in meeting clients where they are on the health spectrum and moving at a pace comfortable to them, encouraging a healthy relationship with food.
In addition to working with Rese Carter Lifestyles, Dannielle owns a private practice, is the Financial Director of The NuMed Collective, and co-owns a coffee and tea shop in Essex, Connecticut.
In her spare time, Dannielle enjoys spending time with family, in nature, writing, or doing anything creative, especially if it involves food.
